Special Instructions for Speakers:

Delegates interested in registration as Plenary, Invited, Session Speakers or Poster Presenters are requested to submit their abstracts for review before registration. Please send your abstract to info@icddt.com for evaluation by the Advisory Board.

Instructions for Registrants:

1. All Plenary Speakers and Nobel Laureates – will be registered as 'Plenary Speaker' and their registrations will be done by the Organizing Secretariat.
   
   
2. All Invited Speakers and Session Speakers – will be registered as such. Registrants from universities and other educational institutions will fall in the ‘Academic’ categories. The rest will be ‘Corporate’ such as those from the hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, etc.
   
   
3. All Poster Presenters and Delegates – will be registered as such. Registrants from universities and other educational institutions will fall in the ‘Academic’ categories. The rest will be ‘Corporate’ such as those from the hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, etc.
   
   
4. Students – students from Academia can also be registered provided sufficient evidence is produced along with their registration forms from the institutions establishing their identity as bonafide students.
   
   
5. Exhibitors – each exhibiting company is entitled to one free exhibiting staff pass. They will be registered as 'Exhibitor Complimentary'. Any additional exhibitor registrations will be charged and registered as 'Exhibitor Additional’.
   
   
6. Accompanying Person – may use the registration category (Academic or Corporate) of the principal applicant. They will have access to all facilities availed by the principal applicant as well as special tours of accompanying person.
